Among the yoga poses to try is the one known as the bridge pose. This is specially made to calm the brain, take spinal tension, and relive tired legs. To do this, you can start by lying at your back while keeping feet hip-width apart. Then press down, slowly lift glutes, pelvis, hips, and back off from the ground. Keep arms flats and shoulder fixed on the floors then fingers locked under glutes.
Try the seated spinal twist too. This is very good if you are troubled with digestion and even works to release stress as it is known to open up spine. With your legs crossed, sit comfortably. Inhale and bring arms on top of the head while you press arms together. Then, exhale while twisting to left. Reach left hand at the back to the ground. Place the right hand outside the left knee. Make use of this to leverage the twist you do with your left. Repeat on the other side. You can do this activity each time you like. This is a very good routine to relieve stressful living.
